In preparation for your 2019 soccer season, all 10 of the retail sportsbooks of New Jersey and I seen to examine what’s in store for NJ pro and college football bettors.
In the Meadowlands near the New York border to Ocean Casino in the Atlantic City Boardwalk’s northern point, I’ve seen them all. And though the comforts are fairly consistent, each sportsbook does things.
When it’s the food availability, the seats, the size, the tellers, or anything else, no one sportsbook is the same as the other. Because who doesn’t like assortment that’s a good thing for New Jersey bettors. But it’s also a bad thing because how can you determine where to watch the game this weekend?
With all the college football season??up and rolling and Week 3 of the NFL season kicking off on Thursday, here’s my recap of this best sportsbook amenities (with runners-up) to help direct you as to where to invest your Saturdays and Sundays this fall.
Just do not forget that the top sportsbooks at New Jersey rely on what variables matter to you most.
Notice: You can read all of 10 full reviews of the sportsbooks of New Jersey under:
Winner: The Novel at Bally’s
Runner-up: William Hill Sportsbook at Ocean Casino
These two books show the Vegas-style sportsbook in Atlantic City. But when it comes to the top of the very best, the brand-new Bally’s sportsbook offers giant displays in a lavish sportsbook setting. It’s the capacity to transform numerous matches to be shown by those screens along with also an wow factor.
William Hill at Ocean’s design offers nearly a complete view of screens. In case Bally’s is active, it’s a fantastic plan B.
Winner: The Novel at Harrah’s
Runners-up: The Book at Bally’s and William Hill in Ocean
You’d think the boys in AC would be the winners but no dice.
Harrah’s attributes comfort with 50 leather seats in its screening area. A quiet space with comfortable leather chairs… what’s not to like?
But I have to give honorable mention to Ocean’s sportsbook, that includes a mix of leather chairs and sofas, and Bally’s, which does nearly everything.
Winner: FanDuel in the Meadowlands
Runners-up: William Hill in William Hill and Ocean’s in Tropicana
There’s never a lack of live tellers in FanDuel Sportsbook’s retail space near new york with 20+ positions available. Being so near the town, tellers’ amount is probably a must for all those busy game days.
Both William Hill locations in Atlantic City have teller positions with plenty of space to queue while in line up.
Winner: DraftKings at Resorts AC
Runner-up: FanDuel in the Meadowlands
The dream sports leaders that rule as sportsbook operators dominate this category. DraftKings has 18 terminals and FanDuel has 17 kiosks that are self-betting. Those amounts are unmatched in New Jersey.
So if self-betting is the thing, look to the leaders of the NJ sports gambling market.
Winner: The Book at Bally’s
Runner-up: Book, Moneyline Bar & at Borgata
A menu that is seven-panel is featured by the Book at Bally’s . The Borgata sportsbook features an upscale restaurant.
The variety might be best highlighted by this class at New Jersey sportsbooks. You can either book your chair at Bally’s and purchase. Or whilst sitting at an elegant restaurant, you could watch and wager on the match.
Winner: Moneyline at Borgata
Runner-up: William Hill at Ocean Casino
The pub at the Borgata is at the middle of all the action. That’s why it’s the winner in this category. It is both eye-catching and perfectly situated to be within reach once the game finishes on a high note to the bet (or even your fellow fans).
The rectangular pub at William Hill in Ocean is adjacent to the primary sportsbook region and can be topped off by scrolling data screens and LED chances. Therefore that it deserves a mention here.
Winner: The Book at Bally’s
Runner-up: William Hill at Ocean
So was there any doubt bally’s AC sportsbook features seating for 280 with plenty of space for standing-room capacity? It is also bigger than all Atlantic City sportsbooks by a mile.
Ocean has over 130+ seats with loads of areas to maneuver around the book for into a different area of the casino, or to the tellers, the pub. Being in the center of the casino floor helps, too.
FanDuel’s space is divided into three sections, although now, I could have mentioned Fanduel at the Meadowlands, that can be large. Ocean Casino sportsbooks and bally’s are space.
Winner: Golden Nugget
Runner-up: Harrah’s
Both novels do their best to work together with the distance. Golden Nugget sportsbook has intimate quarters but includes the »Mega Fan Cave » texture to it with wall-mounted TV screens on nearly every foot of the space.
Harrah’s has TV screens offered within their primary area, but the 50 overstuffed armchairs result in a sportsbook experience that is pleasurable.
Winner: The Book at Bally’s
The Book at Bally’s is that the winner in this category; there is no denying.
From five personal fan cave segments (every holding to 16-24 individuals ) to six VIP segments located toward the back of the open section of the novel, there are tons of options for one to lock down their game-day experience.
To top it off, what’s reservable online, for example all of the seating locations. All it requires is a minimum spend vs bench fee or a room.
Winner: FanDuel at Monmouth at the Meadowlands and William Hill
Runner-up: Borgata Atlantic City
If you’re trying to spread out your activity or wish to fire $$ on every race and game which takes place, the Meadowlands (FanDuel) and Monmouth Park (William Hill) provide live horse races, even simulcasts of out of country races, as well as sports betting. It’s a great combo.
Where you can bet the ponies borgata AC is the place in Atlantic City and has a wonderful theater. The Sports & Race Book is right alongside the brand new Moneyline sportsbook.
Winner: Golden Nugget
Runner-up: Borgata
Golden Nugget is the only casino with a sportsbook that offers. That is more cash in your pocket for betting, eating, and enjoying the game (or casino).
The Borgata does keep their reasonable at $5. Certainly worth mentioning here, but that’s not totally free, now can it be?
One idea is to get a player’s card since most resort’s when you are a faithful member of the casino, offer some form of parking reductions.
Because there is something out there for everyone, there are numerous choices for New Jersey soccer bettors.
Needless to say, you could take the hardcore approach of locating which books offer pricing and the best chances but that is a game-by-game strategy. The chances and costs around the country will change on a daily, even hourly basis.
But if your objective is to sit back, relax, place a wager, and revel in the game, there are a few amazing amenities at NJ retail sportsbooks. And there is that added benefit of having the ability to wager on one of 17 NJ sports gambling apps while you are served a meal and your favorite drink.
Here is to some great NFL season, also for the sake of Jersey, we could only hope to dream of Giants-Jets Super Bowl or a Eagles-Jets come February.
